I would like a copy of the CBA of the commercial sector
Hello,
I have 2 questions
1) I note that the index of the CBA for Commercial Sectors (SI 45 of 1993) lists 4 schedules.
You have headed the NEC commercial sector Code of Conduct as Fifth Schedule and it commences page 72 to 80. Is this correct?
2) The NEC commercial sectors Code of Conduct was presumably registered on 13 November 2002 per Registrar’s stamp. Is it still valid or has it been replaced by the National Employment Code of Conduct (SI 15 OF 2006) ie the Model Code?
